What makes it luxury?

Picturesque Luxury Picnics are luxurious because we provide one of the most unique, aesthetic services where all you need to do is BOOK and show up. We take the hard work out of planning your special occasion picnic by assembling/disassembling for you, providing gorgeous themes and decor and offering many additional services to enhance your experience and make it as enjoyable as possible. No more boring, ordinary celebration dinners!

Do you provide food & beverages?

 

We provide a water dispenser for hydration and convenience. For an additional charge, you can choose to add a charcuterie board to your picnic. The charcuterie board is one of our most popular add-ons and the most recommended! Please let us know if you have any allergies, especially nut allergies.

As always, you may bring your own food as well. Please inform us what type of food so that we can provide proper tableware/utensils. Important: Some locations do not allow outside food, in which food would have to be bought from the property.

Har far do you travel?

 

We will travel, at most, a total of 100 miles round trip (from our central point of Stroudsburg, PA). This includes areas in Monroe, Pike, Carbon, Luzerne, Lackawanna, Wayne, Northampton and Lehigh counties (Pennsylvania) plus Warren and Sussex counties (New Jersey). 40 miles round trip or less are included in each picnic package price. Travel more than 40 miles round trip will incur an additional charge (listed under Packages page) to cover the extra mileage and gas needed for execution. This policy is subject to "case-by-case" approval based on the location/time of other bookings on the same day.

How far in advance should I book?

 

It is most ideal to book at least seven (7) days before your desired picnic date. This gives us enough time to process your booking request, personally consult with you, confirm add-ons/special requests, process invoice, etc. If you are interested in a picnic five (5) days or less away, it will be considered a last minute booking and will incur an additional charge, if it can be accommodated. We will try our best! Please be aware of our availability and blackout dates when submitting.

What is included in a picnic?

You can see all of our packages and all of their inclusions and complimentary items HERE. We also provide add-ons and personalized special requests which can be added on the booking request form. Special requests are not guaranteed to be accommodated, but can be discussed in your confirmation call!

Do you provide alcohol?

 

No, we cannot provide alcohol with our picnics, we only provide a non-alcoholic drinks for your enjoyment. You are more than welcome to BYOB - bring your own booze - as long as your location allows. It is the guest's responsibility to know the rules/regulations of alcohol use in their chosen location.

How do I book & what are my payment options?

 

To book, please submit a booking request here. Once your booking request is received, we will set up a phone call to discuss your special occasion. After that, you will receive a link to your invoice to pay and contract to sign, where you can pay via debit/credit card.

Will I get my security deposit refunded?

 

It is our full intention to refund the $40 security deposit to your original payment method after your picnic is completed. The only reason you would not get your deposit back, or a partial refund, is because there was breach in agreement (for example: damaged property, a late cancelation or day-of postponement, late start, going over timeslot, etc).
