Travel within 40 miles round trip of our central location of Stroudsburg, PA is included with every package. Travel over 40 miles incurs a $0.85/mile fee up to 100 miles round trip.

Short Notice?
Sunset picnic?
If your requested event date is five (5) days or less away,
a $40 short notice fee will be added to your invoice.
If your requested event time slot ends after sunset, a $25 "after hours" fee will be added to your invoice.
Applies to outdoor events only.
Please be aware that some add-ons may not be available for all locations.
If unavailable, it will be discussed during your confirmation call.
